Our Open Gardens Weekend is held on alternate years and will be held on Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th July 2018 from 11am to 5pm each day. The event is named “Through Country Garden Gates” and we have attracted thousands of visitors in the past,
Visitors are invited to drive through the heart of the beautiful Ribble Valley and look around over 20 gardens in the villages of Bolton by Bowland, Grindleton and Sawley. Both Village Churches will be open to view special displays and refreshments will be served in several locations around the route. There will also be some plant stalls selling some of the types of plants and flowers which flourish in the area.
Entry is by special map booklet (£7.50 per adult), which allows entry into the gardens on both days. These will be available on the day from either church or participating gardens. All proceeds from the weekend go towards the upkeep of our two Parish Churches.
