SUMMARY:Hidden Hoards &amp\; Fascinating Finds!
DESCRIPTION:This brand new exhibition showcases some of Lancashire's best a
 rchaeological finds. The objects featured belonged to people in Lancashire
  spanning thousands of years\, from a 4000-year-old gold armlet buried by 
 our prehistoric ancestors to a thimble lost in the 1600s.\n\nCurated by La
 ncashire County Council Museum Service\, the exhibition delves back throug
 h Lancashire's history\, exploring the stories surrounding these objects a
 nd how they came to be buried in the ground. A number of finds from the Ri
 bble Valley are also in the exhibition including the Waddington Hoard and 
 the Pendleton Bead.\n\nEntry to the exhibition is part of museum admission
 . Adults £5.10. Anyone 18 years or younger goes free.\n\nClitheroe Castle
  Museum is managed by Lancashire County Council's Museum Service on behalf
  of Ribble Valley Borough Council.
