 adge to take home (£2.00).\n\nUsing felt‑tip pens\, create a shield tha
 t shows who you are! You could draw a family crest\, a fun medieval pictur
 e\, or even try the famous De Lacy lion.  The De Lacy family built Clithe
 roe Castle and a big\, brave lion standing on its back legs\, showed stren
 gth and courage.\n\nWhether you choose a lion\, a castle\, or something to
 tally your own\, you’ll have great fun making your shield.  Museum admi
 ssion does not apply to take part.  Drop into our craft area throughout t
 he day. There's our cosy reading corner\, packed with fascinating books al
 l about castles and life in the past to relax in too.\n\nIf you’re ready
  for a quest\, your young adventurers can join in with The Lost Sword Hunt
  because the Knights of Clitheroe Castle need some help! Their miniature s
 words have gone missing somewhere in the museum galleries. Can you track t
 hem down?\n\nSearch high and low to discover how many tiny swords you can 
 find\, then enter our competition for the chance to be the lucky winner of
  a goody bag filled with souvenirs from our shop.  Free with museum admis
