DESCRIPTION:Join us in beautiful Waddington for the Waddington Village Duck
  Race and Scarecrow Festival\, celebrating our 25th Anniversary with a fan
 tastic day of family entertainment\, tradition and community spirit.\nWatc
 h 3\,000 ducks race down the brook at 3.p0pm\, explore the wonderful scare
 crows displayed throughout the village\, and enjoy live performances from 
 the Royal Preston Morris Dancers\, plus a wide variety of food stalls\, co
 mmunity groups and local attractions for all ages.\nThe Almshouses Fayre f
 rom 11am will feature traditional Maypole Dancing by pupils from Waddingto
 n and West Bradford School\, along with the Crowning of the Rose Queen\nA 
 free shuttle bus will run from Clitheroe between 12 noon and 5pm to help v
 isitors travel easily to the event.\nPlease note: the village road will be
  closed from 10am until 7pm.\nCome along and help us celebrate 25 years of
  one of the Ribble Valley’s most loved community events.
