It’s back! Join us on Friday 1st to Sunday 3rd Feb, where a new choice of 50 Gins (supplied by D. Byrne & Co.) will be served in our newly renovated clubhouse….with food available and music playing throughout!
We have 2 ticket options available online at http://www.tinyurl.com/wintergin (which make Perfect ? or ? Presents!*)
? Permits entry for 1, and 2 g&t vouchers – £9.95 til 14/12 (early bird ? on Fri & Sat tickets before 15/12 – £11.95 thereafter).
? Permits entry for 1, 2 g&t vouchers, and afternoon tea with fizz (Saturday) or Roast Dinner with D Byrne & Co. wine (Sunday) – £24.95.
The itinerary is as follows:-
– Friday (630 til late) – live music from Miranda Myles – Winter BBQ
– Saturday (12 til 630) – live music from David Jaggs of The Ragamuffins – Afternoon tea (food inc. with ticket only)
– Saturday (7 til late) – live music from The Daisy Jaynes – Winter BBQ
– ‘Sip it up’ Sunday (12 til 630) – Open Mic – Roast Dinner (food inc. with ticket only)
For sponsors….
? BOTTLE SPONSOR – permits entry for 2 on all weekend times, 6 g&t vouchers, and your name/your business name in the event programme – £50.
? SLOT SPONSOR – permits entry, drinks, and food for 10 (Afternoon tea on Saturday day & Roast dinner Sunday day @£595 with D Byrne & Co. fizz & wine; other slots £495), and your name/your business name on the front of the programme/social media for that slot) – £495/£595.

A note that the our newly renovated main bar will also be open serving our wine list courtesy of D Byrne & Co., beers from Bowland Brewery, plus our range of draught lagers and ciders.
Ts & Cs
*Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are valid for the particular slot bought, although tickets bought for xmas presents can be swapped for another slot (between 25/12 and 31/12 only) providing that slot is not already sold out by Christmas.
**Accompanying vouchers for tickets will be distributed on the night. For those buying tickets for Christmas or Birthday presents, we can print a physical ticket(s) for you to be collected from CCC (please message us to arrange collection) or post them out for Christmas (for a flat £1.95 across all tickets)…just choose the option on the payment page, tickets will be posted out on weekend 15/12.
