Located in the village of Waddington, next door to one of the village pubs, The Lower Buck, this semi-detached cottage provides an ideal base to explore all that the area has to offer. Downstairs there is a welcoming living room with a cosy open fire and a separate dining room. In addition to downstairs are three comfortable bedrooms, the master, which features its own en-suite. A family shower room completes the upstairs accommodation. Additionally, the cottage features outside off road parking and an enclosed courtyard, as well as an external utility room which can be used for bicycle storage.

The stunning bedroom for two is a quirky 17th century barn. Made for two, with its own ensuite facilities.
The bedroom features a wonderful kingsized bed, with TV in room and Tea and Coffee facilities. The barn is a stone’s throw away from The Lower Buck, yet offers privacy with full blinds in the large barn window
