An extra 3ft roll out guest bed and an optional travel cot, allow for additional junior guests. Extra privacy and convenience is provided by a stylish wet room with shower and WC plus a second en suite shower room.

Additional hot water is provided by roof solar water heating panels. But there is also a log burning stove for those nights where only a cosy real fire will do.

With a wide range of footpaths and cycle routes immediately nearby, it provides the ideal base for an activity holiday. However, the village of Longridge is only 1 mile away, within easy walking distance and offers opportunities for relaxation in the numerous inns and restaurants with no worries about driving.
