Our B&B is located in the delightful village of Waddington, in the heart of the beautiful Ribble Valley. We have accommodation for up to four people in our double and twin en-suite rooms. As well as en-suite bathrooms, each room includes complimentary tea/coffee facilities and flat screen TV. The Bowland Room on the first floor has a comfy double bed and views of the garden and surrounding fields. The Pendle Room in the roof space has cosy twin beds and views of Pendle Hill.

After a comfortable night’s sleep, we welcome you in to our dining room to enjoy a locally sourced Ribble Valley cooked breakfast.

We have off road parking for two vehicles and secure bicycle storage.
