Castle Crafts – Medieval Heraldic Banners

Using a banner template and craft materials, decorate your own fabric medieval banner and design a coat of arms to adorn it. The craft leaders will show some examples of medieval banners and their designs, as well as delve into why they were made and other fun facts along the way.

£6 per craft plus a sheet of fun facts to take home. Accompanying adults go free.

Children must be accompanied by an adult. This session is aimed at ages 5-11yrs, although older creatives are more than welcome!

Paints, and colouring pens will be used in this activity, as well as glue to affix some decorations, so clothes for messy activities are advised.
