Lancashire & Cheshire Clog Dance Competitions at Clitheroe Castle

The Lancashire and Cheshire Clog Competitions are back at Clitheroe Castle Museum!
Come and watch some of the country’s finest clog dancers compete across a range of classes.
The highlight of the day is the Championship competition, where the winner earns the honour of wearing the magnificent Championship belt for the following year.
Competitions take place from 10am to 12 noon and 1.30pm to 4pm, with breaks throughout the day for judges and competitors.
Admission to watch is free and everyone is welcome to drop in. Please note that audience capacity inside the venue may be limited.
Weather permitting, there will also be outdoor performances during the breaks, giving everyone the chance to enjoy the dancing.
