ITV Stars visit Clitheroe Castle

ITV stars ‘the Speakmans’ chose the iconic Clitheroe Castle for their superstitious Friday 13th Good Morning Britain broadcast.
Clitheroe Castle is freely open for visitors and spectacular views can be enjoyed from the castle keep.
On a clear day the keep is a great vantage point to view the whole Ribble Valley including Pendle Hill which is steeped in history and legend, and the forest of Bowland an area of outstanding natural beauty. Also at the castle, and for a modest entry fee, there is a fascinating museum where much can be learned about the area’s amazing history.
