Standing in the middle of the village from which it takes its name The Waddington Arms is very much at the heart of life in the fabulous Ribble Valley. It is the perfect place to eat, to drink, to sleep and most importantly for a village inn, it is also the perfect place to meet, relax and catch up with friends old and new.
We have six bedrooms at the moment but with plans afoot to create an additional 8. We’ll also have our very own cutesy cottage to rent out too. We are super dog friendly and we have super dog friendly rooms too. It has been known for us to have the odd treat or two behind the bar to reward exceptionally good behaviour – pooches and owners alike.

The menu is full of English country pub classics that change with the changing seasons. There’s a few permanent fixtures such as our Bowland Brewery beer battered fish and chips and Tom’s Lancashire hot pot. The specials board is ever-changing and wanders much further afield. We have a small but perfectly formed wine list – curated as ever by Byrnes of Clitheroe and we feature Bowland Brewery’s flagship beers on our bar.
